- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
- Mix in oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
- If using, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Let sit for 10 minutes to allow oats to absorb moisture.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or store for later.

- Use very ripe bananas for the best flavor and sweetness.
- Swap maple syrup with honey or agave if preferred.
- Add nut butter or berries for extra richness.
