- 6 cups rice cereal
- 12 oz white chocolate chips or almond bark
- 3/4 cup funfetti cake mix
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Place cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt white chocolate until smooth.
- Stir in cake mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture over cereal and stir gently to coat.
- Add powdered sugar and toss in a sealed bag until fully coated.
- Add sprinkles and mix gently again. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in airtight container for up to 7 days.
- Swap funfetti cake mix with vanilla or yellow cake mix as needed.
- For a gluten-free version, use GF-certified cereal and cake mix.
