- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet, drain excess grease.
- Stir in flour to form a roux, then gradually whisk in milk to form a smooth gravy.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and place in baking dish.
- Layer sausage gravy over biscuit pieces.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese evenly.
- Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper. Pour over casserole.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

- You can assemble this casserole the night before.
