Instructions
- Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over cereal and stir gently to coat.
- In a large zip-top bag, combine cake mix and powdered sugar.
- Add coated cereal into the bag and shake until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles and mix gently again.
- Spread onto a baking sheet to cool and dry for 15 minutes before serving.

- For gluten-free, use gluten-free cake mix and cereal.
- Use funfetti or strawberry cake mix for variations.
