Golden, gooey cheesy breadsticks baked to perfection with garlic butter and stretchy mozzarella. An easy crowd-pleaser made with pizza dough or from scratch.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness in a rectangle.
  • Brush dough generously with melted garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan evenly over the top.
  • Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
  • Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
  • Slice into breadsticks and serve warm with marinara.

Notes

  • For a crispier finish, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
  • Use fresh-grated cheese for best melt.
  • Cover loosely with foil after baking to retain softness.
