1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness in a rectangle.
Brush dough generously with melted garlic butter.
Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan evenly over the top.
Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
Slice into breadsticks and serve warm with marinara.
Notes
For a crispier finish, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
Use fresh-grated cheese for best melt.
Cover loosely with foil after baking to retain softness.
