- 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness in a rectangle.
- Brush dough generously with melted garlic butter.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan evenly over the top.
- Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
- Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
- Slice into breadsticks and serve warm with marinara.
Notes
- For a crispier finish, broil for the last 1–2 minutes.
- Use fresh-grated cheese for best melt.
- Cover loosely with foil after baking to retain softness.
