Crispy, golden bites of cheesy perfection—these cheesy parmesan mozzarella bites are the ultimate party snack or weeknight indulgence. Fry or bake for an easy, addictive treat!

  • 16 mozzarella cheese cubes (low moisture)
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Oil for frying or cooking spray if baking

Instructions

  • Freeze mozzarella cubes for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumb + parmesan mix.
  • Roll each mozzarella cube in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mix.
  • Freeze coated bites for at least 30 minutes.
  • To fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry bites 1–2 minutes until golden.
  • To bake: Preheat oven to 425°F, bake bites on a lined sheet for 8–10 minutes, flipping once.
  • Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice.
