Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, diced
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Brown sliced smoked sausage in a skillet; remove and set aside.
  • Add olive oil and diced potatoes to the skillet; cook until golden and tender.
  • Stir in ranch seasoning and cream; mix well to coat the potatoes.
  • Return sausage to skillet; stir everything together and cook for another 5 minutes.
