- 9 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter for 1 minute. Stir and microwave again in 15-second intervals until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour over Chex cereal in a large bowl. Gently stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a large ziplock bag. Add powdered sugar and seal.
- Shake until all pieces are fully coated with powdered sugar.
- Spread out on parchment to cool. Store in airtight container.

- Let it cool fully before sealing to avoid sogginess.
