  • 3 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (or mozzarella/cheddar blend)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together flour and milk until thickened.
  • Stir in cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Layer shredded chicken in the baking dish, then add ham on top.
  • Pour cheese sauce evenly over meat layers.
  • Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle on top.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
