Instructions
- Sear chicken fillets in olive oil until golden on both sides.
- Remove chicken and sauté minced garlic in the same pan.
- Add cream and stir gently, letting it simmer.
- Slowly add Parmesan cheese while stirring.
- Add chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Return chicken to pan and simmer until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
- Don’t boil the cream too fast to avoid curdling.
- Add more chili flakes for extra spice.
