- 6 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Heat sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan until it starts to bubble (don’t boil).
- Stir in peanut butter until smooth and well blended.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in cornflakes.
- Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined tray.
- Let cool completely before serving.
