  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and edges are golden.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
