- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Press into muffin tin wells.
- Add one cube of Brie and 1/2 tsp of cranberry sauce into each pastry.
- Top with rosemary or pecans if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade cranberry sauce.
- Freeze assembled tartlets and bake when needed.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
