Cranberry and Brie Tartlets are festive mini appetizers made with buttery puff pastry, creamy Brie cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce—perfect for any holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Press into muffin tin wells.
  3. Add one cube of Brie and 1/2 tsp of cranberry sauce into each pastry.
  4. Top with rosemary or pecans if desired.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use store-bought or homemade cranberry sauce.
  • Freeze assembled tartlets and bake when needed.
  • Can be served warm or at room temperature.
