- 8 oz goat cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or rosemary (optional)
- Crackers or apple slices, for serving
Instructions
- Let goat cheese and cream cheese come to room temperature.
- Mix both cheeses together until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in chopped cranberries and herbs (if using).
- Form into a ball using plastic wrap.
- Chill for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
- Roll in chopped pecans right before serving.
- Serve with crackers or sliced fruits.
Notes
- Use flavored goat cheese for extra depth.
- Can be made up to 4 days in advance before coating.
- Try walnuts or pistachios instead of pecans.
