Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked and cooled)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, and seasonings.
- Add pasta, vegetables, and toss until well coated.
- Chill for 1–2 hours for best flavor.
- Stir before serving and garnish with herbs or cheese if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Add bacon bits, cheddar cubes, or peas for variation.
