Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and rinse under cold water.
  • In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, and seasonings.
  • Add pasta, vegetables, and toss until well coated.
  • Chill for 1–2 hours for best flavor.
  • Stir before serving and garnish with herbs or cheese if desired.
