- 7 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or corn syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, honey, and sugar. Heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Fold in the crispy rice cereal until fully coated.
- Press mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan evenly.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easier removal.
- Don’t press the mix too hard—keeps them softer.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
