Instructions

  1. Cut brioche into 1-inch cubes and lightly toast.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggnog, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add toasted bread cubes to the bowl and soak for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook bites in batches until golden on all sides.
