- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, soy sauce, and cayenne.
- Pour seasoning over dry mix and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread mix on baking sheets in a single layer.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool completely before storing.
