Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 3 tbsp corn syrup
  • Assorted coatings: powdered sugar, cocoa, sprinkles, coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed wafers, cocoa, powdered sugar, and nuts if using.
  2. Add in rum and corn syrup. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Chill dough for 30 minutes to firm.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and coat in your choice of toppings.
  5. Store in airtight container in fridge for at least 24 hours before serving.
