1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
4 foil sheets
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F or heat grill to medium-high.
In a large bowl, toss steak, potatoes, garlic, butter, and seasonings until evenly coated.
Divide mixture among 4 foil sheets. Fold and seal each packet tightly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or grill for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let packets rest for 5 minutes. Open carefully, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Cut potatoes into small pieces (about ½-inch) for even cooking.
Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
Ribeye or strip steak can be used for a more indulgent result.
