- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 4 foil sheets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F or heat grill to medium-high.
- In a large bowl, toss steak, potatoes, garlic, butter, and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Divide mixture among 4 foil sheets. Fold and seal each packet tightly.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or grill for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let packets rest for 5 minutes. Open carefully, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
- Cut potatoes into small pieces (about ½-inch) for even cooking.
- Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Ribeye or strip steak can be used for a more indulgent result.
