Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, water, and corn syrup.
  2. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves, then insert candy thermometer.
  3. Boil without stirring until mixture reaches 300°F.
  4. Remove from heat, quickly stir in flavoring and coloring.
  5. Pour onto greased or lined baking sheet.
  6. Cool completely, then break into pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
