Instructions

  2. Layer half the bread, then half the ham, and half the cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.

  6. Preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover strata and let sit at room temp for 30 mins.
