- 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture over cereal in a large bowl and gently stir until coated.
- Transfer into a large zip-top bag and add powdered sugar.
- Seal bag and shake until evenly coated. Store in an airtight container.

- Cool mixture slightly before shaking with powdered sugar.
- Use smooth peanut butter for best coating.
