Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla.
  2. Mix in almond flour, all-purpose flour, and salt to form dough.
  3. Divide dough, flatten into discs, and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut out cookies; half with center cutouts.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. Spread raspberry jam on whole cookies and top with cutout cookies.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
