- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa or turkey), sliced
- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add sliced sausage and brown for 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in cabbage and cook for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Use pre-shredded cabbage to save time.
- Add bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor and color.
- Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
