Instructions
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add vanilla extract and mix briefly.
- Gradually add cake flour and salt. Mix until soft dough forms.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Pipe or scoop onto baking sheet. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Do not overbake.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.
