Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and slice baguette into ½-inch rounds. Brush with olive oil and toast until golden.
- Blend feta and Greek yogurt (if using) until creamy, or crumble feta for a rustic version.
- Spread or spoon feta onto the toasted crostini.
- Warm the spicy honey and drizzle over the crostini generously.
- Top with lemon zest, crushed chili flakes, or herbs for garnish. Serve immediately.
