- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- Optional: Graham cracker crumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugars until fluffy.
- Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet mixture.
- Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Chill dough for 60 minutes.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with graham crumbs if desired.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool 5 minutes on tray, then transfer to rack.
Notes
- Chill the dough to prevent spreading.
- Use freeze-dried strawberries for best texture.
- Store in airtight container up to 5 days or freeze.
