Ingredients

For the dressing:

  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add mixed greens, tomatoes, oranges, carrots, corn, and onions.
  • In a small jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
  • Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  • Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and feta, if using.
