  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Valentine’s Day sprinkles/M&Ms

  • Assorted cookies (graham crackers, shortbread, etc.)
  • Optional dippers: pretzels, marshmallows, brownie bites

Instructions

    1. The Perfect Fusion: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mini chocolate chips, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

    1. Mix to Creamy Perfection: Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, mix the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Important Note: Be careful not to overmix, as this can cause the cream cheese to become runny. Mix just until the ingredients are incorporated and the dip is smooth. Avoid using a whisk, as this can incorporate too much air and make the dip less dense.

    1. A Sprinkle of Magic: Add half of the Valentine’s Day sprinkles and/or M&Ms to the cream cheese mixture and gently stir them in. Remember to reserve the remaining sprinkles for topping the dip later.
