- 3 cups diced cooked ham
- 4 cups diced potatoes (Yukon or Russet)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix ham, potatoes, cheese, sour cream, soup, onion, garlic, and seasonings.
- Spread evenly into prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
