- 6 cups Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 package (3 oz) cherry gelatin mix
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk in cherry gelatin mix and cheesecake pudding powder until fully combined.
- Place cereal in a large mixing bowl and pour the melted mixture over it.
- Gently fold with a spatula until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Transfer mixture to a large zip-top bag with powdered sugar and shake until coated.
- Spread on parchment paper to cool, then serve or store in an airtight container.
