Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 package (3 oz) cherry gelatin mix
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Whisk in cherry gelatin mix and cheesecake pudding powder until fully combined.
  3. Place cereal in a large mixing bowl and pour the melted mixture over it.
  4. Gently fold with a spatula until all pieces are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer mixture to a large zip-top bag with powdered sugar and shake until coated.
  6. Spread on parchment paper to cool, then serve or store in an airtight container.
