  • Fresh mint leaves (decoration)
  • 4 wafer bases of chocolate kisses (decoration)

Instructions

  • Whip the Cream: Insert the mixing attachment. Put the cold cream, cream stiffener, and sugar into the mixing bowl and beat at level 3.5 without setting the time, while watching until stiff. (For guidance: approx. 2 minutes). Remove the whisk attachment. Use cold cream for best results. Watch the cream closely to avoid over-whipping. Use a stand mixer or hand mixer. Use a mixing bowl.   • Prepare the Chocolate Marshmallows: Carefully remove the waffles from the chocolate kisses. Gently separate the wafer base from the marshmallow filling. Use a knife to carefully remove. Beginner Note: Be gentle to avoid breaking the wafers.
  • Combine Cream and Quark: Add the foam filling and the quark to the cream and stir with the spatula for 20 seconds / speed 4. Transfer the mixture and rinse out the mixing bowl.
