Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup red and green M&Ms
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Stir in oats, flour, and baking soda until combined.
  5. Fold in M&Ms and chocolate chips.
  6. Chill dough for 30 minutes for best results.
  7. Scoop onto tray and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
