- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup red and green M&Ms
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in oats, flour, and baking soda until combined.
- Fold in M&Ms and chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for best results.
- Scoop onto tray and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
