- 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 6 strips.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on each strip.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and place 3-4 pepperoni slices overlapping each strip.
- Roll each strip gently into a rose shape and place in muffin tin.
- Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
- Don’t overfill or the roses may unravel.
- Use crescent dough for a fluffier texture.
- Make ahead and freeze baked roses for later.
