Ingredients

  • 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 6 strips.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on each strip.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and place 3-4 pepperoni slices overlapping each strip.
  5. Roll each strip gently into a rose shape and place in muffin tin.
  6. Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  8. Cool slightly before serving with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill or the roses may unravel.
  • Use crescent dough for a fluffier texture.
