- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz goat cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp fig jam
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread goat cheese evenly over the pastry.
- Top with a thin layer of fig jam.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and chill for 15 minutes.
- Slice into ½-inch pinwheels and place on baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with rosemary if desired.
- Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden and flaky. Serve warm.

- Freeze the unbaked roll for longer storage.
