- 9 cups rice or corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together. Stir until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract to the melted mixture.
- Pour Chex cereal into a large bowl and gently fold in the chocolate mixture until evenly coated.
- Transfer coated cereal to a large zip-top bag, add powdered sugar, and shake until fully coated.
- Spread on parchment paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
