Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined and a dough forms.
- Chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in extra coconut until fully coated.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Use gluten-free graham crackers for a GF version.
- Swap condensed milk with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for 3 months.
