- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 1 cup whipped cream or frosting

- Mini marshmallows for hat tips
Instructions
- Wash and completely dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops to create a flat base, then slice off the tip for Santa’s hat.
- Using a piping bag, add a swirl of whipped cream or frosting on the base piece of the strawberry.
- Place the ‘hat’ on top and add a small dollop of cream on the tip to finish the look.
- Decorate with candy eyes or mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons.
- Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best results.

- Use stabilized whipped cream for longer-lasting results.
- Assemble right before serving if using regular whipped cream.
- Try flavoring your cream with almond or citrus for extra depth.
