  • Total Time: 20 mins
  • Yield: 12 Strawberry Santas 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream or frosting
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Candy eyes or mini chocolate chips
  • Mini marshmallows for hat tips

Instructions

  1. Wash and completely dry the strawberries. Cut off the tops to create a flat base, then slice off the tip for Santa’s hat.
  2. Using a piping bag, add a swirl of whipped cream or frosting on the base piece of the strawberry.
  3. Place the ‘hat’ on top and add a small dollop of cream on the tip to finish the look.
  4. Decorate with candy eyes or mini chocolate chips for eyes and buttons.
  5. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best results.

Notes

  • Use stabilized whipped cream for longer-lasting results.
  • Assemble right before serving if using regular whipped cream.
  • Try flavoring your cream with almond or citrus for extra depth.
