- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice until smooth.
- Pour over Chex cereal and fold gently until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a zip-top bag, add powdered sugar, and shake well.
- Let sit for 10 minutes, then store or serve.
